If Covid taught us nothing, it's that people get sick, people die and employees quit. Prepare your organization for the loss of key leaders and roles with a solid succession plan. Even if it's just who will replace the owner/CEO/President written on a single page, do it...do it now. And make sure that the successor is aware!
